Experience Israel 2026

Blessing Israel

Much More Than A Tour

Sometimes the most important part of a journey isn't where you go. It's who you meet along the way, and what God does through those new friendships.
On November 5, Disciple Daily returns to Israel. Our Experience Israel tour was originally scheduled for May. That trip was canceled due to the ongoing regional war. Now, Lord willing, we are preparing to depart agan. This trip means more to us than another walk through the land of the Bible. It is a key component of a growing Disciple Daily initiative to come alongside the Church in Israel and encourage our brothers and sisters in Messiah with our presence, friendship, and shared faith.

Walking Through God's Story

Unlike most Holy Land tours, Experience Israel focuses on teaching the biblical storyline to the people we travel with. Begining with the Patriarchs we move through Israel's wilderness wandering. From conquest under Joshua we examine the period of the Judges that leads to the establishment of the United Kingdom under Saul, David and Solomon. Following the 400 years of the Divided Kingdom, we wade through the tragedy of Babylonian and Persian exile from the land. After another long wait of about 400 more years, Jesus was born, ministered and died. But that is not the end of the story. Fifty days after His resurrection, the Church He is building was born. We are part of that story!
We don't go to Israel to simply show people ancient places. We go so that they will understand God's story more deeply, live it more faithfully, and come home ready to share it. Something else has become just as important to us: the land of the Bible is not only where God worked in the past. He is still working there today.

Meeting the Living Stones

Israel's ancient stones tell an incredible story. So do its living stones, the Jewish and Arab believers who follow Jesus in the land today.

Since October 7, 2023, these believers have lived under heavy pressure. Their families have faced uncertainty, disruption, and loss, and the weight of war is always with them. Even so, their congregations keep worshiping, serving their neighbors, sharing the Gospel, and caring for people in need.
On earlier trips, members of the Disciple Daily family saw that faithfulness up close. We shared meals, worshiped together, served side by side, and made friendships that are now opening doors to a deeper partnership.

Our presence tells these believers they are not forgotten. We want to listen to their stories, pray with them, and remind them they belong to a much larger family around the world.

We have learned that sometimes the best gift we can bring is simply to show up. Our presence tells these believers they are not forgotten. We want to listen to their stories, pray with them, and remind them they belong to a much larger family around the world.
And here is what surprises us every time. We go hoping to encourage them, and we come home encouraged by their faith.

A New Chapter for Disciple Daily

This November trip is part of a larger vision. Through relationships with congregations like Jerusalem Assembly, we are building lasting bridges between believers in America and the Body of Messiah in Israel.

We picture churches here forming real friendships with churches there. We want to help believers here understand the Jewish roots of their faith, and to support those who faithfully proclaim Jesus in the land where the Gospel was first declared. Our growing hospitality ministry with Israeli travelers in Texas springs from the same vision. Whether we welcome Israelis into our homes or visit believers in their congregations, we want our love for Israel to be more than words. We want it to be personal.
So yes, we will explore the biblical sites, and we will study Scripture where it happened. We will also spend real time with the people who are living out God's story in Israel right now.
This is more than biblical tourism. It is purposeful discipleship.
Will You Pray for Us?
As November 5 approaches, please pray with us:
  • for peace and safety across the region
  • for the Jewish and Arab believers who keep serving Jesus under difficult circumstances
  • for our travelers, that we would arrive with humble hearts and listening ears, ready to serve wherever God opens a door
  • for the relationships being formed now, that they would bear fruit for many years

God promised Abraham a blessing that would reach all the families of the earth (Genesis 12:1–3). Through Jesus, that blessing has now reached us. What a privilege to return to the land where His story unfolded and encourage those who are still telling it there.

We are going to Israel to walk through the Bible. We are returning to stand alongside the people of the Bible. Both are part of our calling to study God's Word, practice it faithfully, and teach others to do the same.

Study. Practice. Teach.
Blessings!
Arlie
