The family Passover meal is a carefully orchestrated event. Each element teaches successive generations about how God freed Israel from Egyptian slavery. Jesus used the bread and the wine at the end of the Last Passover the same way. However, like He always did, Jesus used the third cup of the Passover to make a surprising offer.
