Father's Walk

Nobody had more to do than Jesus. People were waiting everywhere. The sick needed healing. The confused needed teaching. His disciples needed direction. Crowds pressed around Him. Every day brought another demand.

Yet, Isaiah gives us a remarkable glimpse into how the Father prepared His Son:

“Morning by morning he awakens;
he awakens my ear
to hear as those who are taught.”
— Isaiah 50:4

  • Before the crowds.
  • Before the demands.
  • Before the work.
  • The Father spoke.
  • The Son listened.
Jesus got equipped to walk into a weary world prepared to speak a word of encouragement to those who needed to hear it. This is the heart of what we are asking God to do with us.

Now, you are invited to Father’s Walk.
For one year, men around the world will read through the entire Bible together, Genesis through Revelation. This isn't another Bible study. There are no lessons to prepare and no assignments to complete. Just show up!

  • Before the news.
  • Before social media.
  • Before work.
  • Before the world starts makimg demands for time and energy.

If Jesus needed that time with His Father, what makes us think we don't?

Real Men do hard things

Some mornings you won't feel like getting up.
Get up anyway.

Some passages will be difficult.
Read them anyway.

Some days you will fall behind.
Get back up and keep walking.
On Monday, October 5, 2026, we will begin together with Bereshit—“In the beginning”—and start walking through the whole story of Scripture. We are asking God for 1,000 men willing to make the commitment. Not 1,000 pastors. Not 1,000 Bible scholars. We are looking for...

  • 1,000 men who want their families to see what following God looks like.
  • 1,000 men who want the Word shaping what they think, say, and do.
  • 1,000 men who will give their heavenly Father the first opportunity to speak every morning.

Nobody had more to do than Jesus. But still, His Father awakened Him morning by morning to get up, listen to Him, and only then touch the world.

How to start Father's Walk

Beginning October 5, 2026

Right now, we are completing this years reading schedule. For a taste of what's ahead join the Father's Walk now. Once you get the rhythm, invite others to join you in this journey. On October 5th, we will start reading Genesis together.

To Get Started:
  • Download the Disciple Daily app (links below).
  • Set up your Personal Profile
  • In settings, open Notifications
  • Toggle both General and Father's Walk notifications on.

On the Homepage of our app, you will see the "Bible" tab. Click though and tap "Plan." you will see a ne reading assignment every morning. You can read it in your own Bible, or in the app. Select your preferred translation. You can even listen to it if you would like to. When your reading (or listening) is finished. Click the blue completeion bar at the end. This will hep you keep a record of your progress.

Every morning, you will receive a simple note to remind you of your reading commitment. We are not asking you to do anything except read the Bible with men from all around the world!
