It seems as if the Gospel is most accepted by the marginalized. It is Good News for everyone. But it is individuals who understand they need Jesus. Institutional communities have a hard time giving up control to the radical faith and practices equipped His first followers to pursue. There is just too much to lose, even when the facts are so plain to see.
