Yochanan, the Immerser, had an active ministry of about 14 months. Following his condemnation of Herod Antipas adulterous marriage to Herodias, he was imprisoned for a little less than two years. As the heral of Messiah Yeshua, Yochanan (John) was a curiosity to Antipas. Ultimately, he was manipulated into cutting of the Baptists' head. This is the story of the dead of the herald. What happned to Yochanan woukd happen to Yeshua. What happned to Yeshua would happen to most of His closest friends.
