#4 - Ephesus: The Cool Church

The Ephesian church had everything right—hard work, doctrinal purity, perseverance—yet they had left their first love. Like a log removed from the fire, they still glowed but no longer burned with intensity.

When did you fall in love with Yeshua? Close your eyes and remember that moment of salvation—the joy, the wonder, the excitement of forgiveness. That relationship is still available to you. God hasn't moved, but perhaps we have. Today, pause and recall your spiritual journey. What made your heart race for Jesus? What discoveries thrilled you? The path back to passionate faith begins with remembering where you started. Don't let activities replace affection or duty replace devotion.
