Egypt - Week 1 Recap
Hey guys! It’s Keyshawn, and I’m back with a summary of how my past week has been!
We started strong with W3, the camp for high school-age kids, and I’m coaching basketball this week! I’ve had much fun coaching and building relationships with kids through basketball and refereeing several other sports! My day mostly consists of coaching basketball in the morning and refereeing games such as wallyball, O-ball, knockout, and more!
Most importantly, we've been able to spread the gospel through our devotional time during our coaching sessions, which is huge! The days have been exhausting but super fun and fruitful. I'd love prayer for sustainability, energy, and focus!

Moldova Summary
Hey guys! Long time no talk. We’ve been so busy on the mission field, gearing up to start our summer camp here in Egypt!
But before we get too deep into our time here, I’d love to give you a quick update about my time in Moldova! We spent about two weeks in Chisinau, the country's capital, where we teamed up with a basketball program called the Admirals Basketball Academy! I was super excited to work with them since my church has personal connections to them, initiated by Arlie’s introduction of Eugene Postolache to us through his sports ministry network.
Our two weeks consisted of building relationships with the kids in their program of different age groups, creating our own “fun week,” and pairing these fun activities with the stories of the Bible we’ve been learning throughout our year! The big emphasis for us was building lasting relationships with these kids and giving them a foundation of Scripture.
I’m excited to say I think we did a great job! We’ve had plenty of questions, funny stories, and eager faces on the kids as we spent time with them! I’ve enjoyed using my love of basketball to reach and relate to them! I’ve enjoyed spending time with Eugene, his team, and their kids, building relationships, teaching the Bible, and playing basketball. And I can’t wait to return someday!

Great time with Keyshawn and his team. Every summer at Admirals has to be different, interesting and full of different activities, not only practices. We made it with there huge help! Kids were excited every day to spend time with them by playing basketball, other different games, talking with them about different things and of course there great impact with Bible stories after every practice showed to the kids God from a different perspective. Thank you for your impact, hope to see you soon!
I'm so happy for God's love. He gives us so many chances to get closer to Him and become a better version of us. One of this chances was the Fellowship team. We spent such a great time together building relationships, having fun, doing ministry for Admirals' kids, but the most important was the spiritual time that we had. Fellowship team brought a great example of spiritual life to Moldova. Every day we were reading the Scripture and were finding more and more new things. We've made a great camp where everybody was involved. I think kids had fun! I'm very happy that we got closer with Keyshawn, Emma, Cesar and Arlie. God is great!!
